My goal in photography is to create images that both please and inspire--images that add to one's enjoyment of life.  Many of my images come from Texas, but many more come from my love for travel.

Upon retiring from a long career in international education, I re-introduced myself to a life-long interest in photography--but in a newly digital world.  The idea of an image and the vision necessary to create that image are the same as in the age of film and, therefore, remain paramount.  However, once an image has been captured, digital technology allows the artist to expand the possibilities of how that image will be presented.

I live with my wife in Denton, Texas.  We both enjoy spending time with our three kids and four grandchildren.
